How Vivien Hoexter can help you…..a sample engagement:

If your organization is at a crossroads and you have to choose among many directions to take, Vivien can help you, in a series of online meetings, develop and use a SWOT analysis to distinguish among the many strategy options. SWOT stands for “strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats”. It is an analytical tool that focuses attention on what your organization does best, and what the greatest opportunities outside your organization are. Focusing in this way allows you to choose your direction with greater confidence and a greater chance of success.  This consultancy ranges from 10 to 20 hours, and the online meeting format enables Vivien to work with organizations across the United States.
